Cancellation Policy

At Gemoran, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before your item has been shipped. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once the order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. In this case, you may still be eligible to request a return after delivery — see our Return Policy below.


Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide clear return instructions. We only charge one shipping fee per order (this includes returns), and no restocking fees will be applied.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method (such as your credit card or other payment service). Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take a few days before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur on their side.
